Firoblok wall sleeves are made of a fibre-free intumescent material which, allows for the natural expansion and contraction of pipes and also gives protection against corrosion caused by contact with cement blocks, plaster or other materials. Available in 500mm lengths- these sleeves can be easily cut with a knife and the off cuts can be rejoined together with tape for further use.

The Firoblok fire sleeves are ideal for services that pass through fire rated block, brick, concrete, or plasterboard. End plates are also available to seal penetrations walls and floors giving services access to pass through. In the event of a fire, the intumescent material will expand sealing the pipe at either end and preventing fire spread. This product also absorbs heat to help prevent pipes, services and cables from overheating.

- No more corrosion problems due to copper pipes having contact with concrete surfaces
- Allows for the expansion and contraction of hot pipes and it gives up to four hours protection
- Easy to cut; no more de-burring and sawing of steel pipes
- Can be cut with a knife and off cuts can be taped together to be reused
- Will not degrade or deteriorate

Mark the outline for the Firoblok sleeve on the substrate. Cut out the hole with a powered hole cutter or padsaw and clean down edges. Fit the Firoblok sleeve over the vent and fit to the ducting or service passing through. Push the assembly back into the substrate until flush.

All of our 'in stock' product orders will be shipped same day, as long as the order has been processed before 3pm - this is simply to be in a position to catch the courier pickups.

Some of couriers are explicit in their non-liquid deliveries so if you have ordered a mixture of ambient and liquid products your order has to be split across two couriers. These are lead by courier company policies, however the courier selection was done of price and so you can be safe in the knowledge that you will be getting the most competitive delivery prices around.

We deliver across the Island of Ireland and aim for 48/72hrs deliveries on all our orders. If you order a product that is 'out of stock' we will get them shipped by our supplier, Envirograf UK over night for our next days deliveries.
