Intumescent Fire and Smoke Stop Pillow

A reinforced glass cloth intumescent pillow filled with fireproof sponge and intumescent material which expands to 3 times its original size in a fire, fire stopping gaps around services in walls, floors or ceilings.
Pillows will expand at low pressure, locking together to seal off fire without pushing services out of alignment.
– Ideal for awkward gaps as it can be compressed
– A good temporary or permanent solution, providing up to 2 hours fire resistance
– Can be fitted with cord and 100mm retention tag to fix the pillows in place as a permanent solution
– Great for use around cables which are regularly adjusted
– Non-fibrous, dust-free materials are suitable for use in sterile areas or clean rooms
The pillows can be folded to fit between pipes and services. For vertical openings i.e.
In walls, build the pillows in rows and staggered in formation, compressing each pillow
to ensure all gaps are filled to stop the passage of smoke. For horizontal openings
i.e. floors, build together as in walls, but where openings are greater than 700mm x
400mm, to prevent sagging, supply additional support by fixing wire mesh into the
opening first.

All of our 'in stock' product orders will be shipped same day, as long as the order has been processed before 3pm - this is simply to be in a position to catch the courier pickups.
Some of couriers are explicit in their non-liquid deliveries so if you have ordered a mixture of ambient and liquid products your order has to be split across two couriers. These are lead by courier company policies, however the courier selection was done of price and so you can be safe in the knowledge that you will be getting the most competitive delivery prices around.
We deliver across the Island of Ireland and aim for 48/72hrs deliveries on all our orders. If you order a product that is 'out of stock' we will get them shipped by our supplier, Envirograf UK over night for our next days deliveries.
