Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Envirograf Ireland will not accept the return of goods no longer required or incorrectly ordered unless the customer has the Company's prior agreement to accept such return. A handling fee/re-stocking charge will be incurred on any products if we do accept them back into stock. You/your customer will be responsible to arrange the return back to us.

In addition several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  We do not accept the following:

 

  • Liquids (coatings, adhesives, silicones & mastics)
  • Bespoke items made to the customers specifications
  • Sale items

If any goods are supplied or processed by or on the behalf of Envirograf Ireland prove on inspection to be defective in material or workmanship, we undertake (at our option) to either replace the same or refund the buyer the price of the goods. In no circumstances will liability exceed the cost of replacement, or the price paid by the Buyer for the goods. 

Damaged Goods

 

To complete your return of defective or damaged goods, we require:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase
  • A copy of the delivery docket with any apparent damage recorded thereon
  • Photographic proof of the defect or damage to the product and the packaging shall be supplied by the customer for assessment prior to return.

All goods delivered must be checked by the customer at the time of the delivery for any damage, defect in material or workmanship and quantity. Any apparent damage must be recorded on the proof of delivery docket held by the deliverer/courier. Damaged goods will only be replaced if signed for at delivery as damaged.

Please note any delay in reporting the damage to us may result in the customer being unable to receive a refund of the goods due to the limitations on claims set by delivery companies/couriers.

Order shortfall

Where upon inspection of a delivery a shortfall in the quantity delivered is noted, the customer must contact Envirograf Ireland immediately. Once it's been established that there was a shortfall due to error by the courier or us, we shall make up the shortfall. No returns will be accepted because of a shortfall in quantity. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer in the UK. To return your damaged or defective product(s), you should return to: Envirograf Ireland, Unit 37 Innotec Drive, Bangor, Co. Down, Northern Ireland, BT19 7PD.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable time.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you may vary. 

If shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
