Envirograf's Firoblok fire-rated cable baskets are ideal for protecting services penetrating fire-rated brick, block, concrete, or plasterboard. The intumescent material will expand in the event of a fire, sealing the gap and preventing the spread of fire.

This product is made with a fibre-free intumescent material which gives space for natural contraction and expansion of pipes. Furthermore, this product is protects against corrosion and erosion from contact with cement and other materials.

In addition, this product has heat absorption properties allowing it to reduce the chances of cables, service and pipes from overheating.

  1. Measure the depth of the opening and mark this on the wrap (you can cut off just what you need with no waste).
  2. Cut the wrap to the marked depth with a sharp knife.
  3. Lift the self adhesive flap to reveal a marked line along the depth of the wrap.
  4. Cut along the marked line with a sharp knife to open up the wrap for fitting into the trucking or ducting.
  5. Check that the wrap firs comfortably around the trunking and introduce this combination into the opening.
  6. Whilst holding the wrap in place, remove the backing from the self-adhesive strip.
  7. Firmly fasten the self-adhesive strip over the join of the wrap.
  8. Finally, push the wrap into the opening until it is level with the surface.

All of our 'in stock' product orders will be shipped same day, as long as the order has been processed before 3pm - this is simply to be in a position to catch the courier pickups.

Some of couriers are explicit in their non-liquid deliveries so if you have ordered a mixture of ambient and liquid products your order has to be split across two couriers. These are lead by courier company policies, however the courier selection was done of price and so you can be safe in the knowledge that you will be getting the most competitive delivery prices around. 

We deliver across the Island of Ireland and aim for 48/72hrs deliveries on all our orders. If you order a product that is 'out of stock' we will get them shipped by our supplier, Envirograf UK over night for our next days deliveries.
