This fireproof sponge is incombustible, emits no toxic fumes, and slowly degrades in a fire, providing an extremely effective fire-stopping barrier. Supplied in standard strips and sheets.
– Provides up to 138 minutes fire protection- Can be cut to various profiles and used under roofing sheets as a fire break
– Ideal for use between walls and floors, or packed around small openings as a penetration seal
– Can be faced with Cement Filler (Product 63) to provide an even more effective seal

Larger F sponge in sheet form – 1 metre x 1 metre and 1 metre x 2 metre. For ½ hour – 30mm into wall. For 1 hour – 50mm into the wall. For 2 hours – 70mm into the wall. For 4 hours – 100mm into the wall.

FIRE PROOF PROFILE FOR STEEL CLADDING
For profile sections either cut to size, ready to fit for one hour and two hour protection, or in one metre lengths for one or two hour protection to cut on site to the required depth. Just compress and fit into the opening. The sponge can be used under roofing sheets, between walls and floors, or as packing around small openings and can be faced with Envirograf® CF Cement Filler (Product 63). The sponge is also available in sheet form.

All of our 'in stock' product orders will be shipped same day, as long as the order has been processed before 3pm - this is simply to be in a position to catch the courier pickups.
Some of couriers are explicit in their non-liquid deliveries so if you have ordered a mixture of ambient and liquid products your order has to be split across two couriers. These are lead by courier company policies, however the courier selection was done of price and so you can be safe in the knowledge that you will be getting the most competitive delivery prices around.
We deliver across the Island of Ireland and aim for 48/72hrs deliveries on all our orders. If you order a product that is 'out of stock' we will get them shipped by our supplier, Envirograf UK over night for our next days deliveries.
