Who is Flamma Ltd?

Flamma Ltd are a company that provide bespoke passive fire protection solution for your fire protection needs. Flamma Ltd was established in 2018 in the wake of the events at Grenfell. Recent tragedies have highlighted the failures within the supply chain in relation to the specification and certification of crucial fire protection products used throughout the construction industry. Flamma was established to counteract these failures ensuring the use of these products are properly applied, specified and certified to the stringent Irish and UK Building Regulations.

In order to address issues and liabilities of materials and workmanship which contractors/specifiers are failing on under the Irish Building Regulations, Flamma offers a one stop shop for your fire protection needs.

What exactly do they do?

Flamma Ltd provides bespoke services on passive fire protection, including fire stopping; fire collars, fire curtains, fire battening, as well as the treatment of all timber surfaces in order to achieve specified fire ratings. Flamma Ltd certifies all works carried out as compliant with the manufacturers instructions as well as certifying the system.

They are the only contractor in Ireland that does both. 

Furthermore, Flamma has a strong link to heritage buildings and conservation, using our products to prolong and protect local Irish heritage. Flamma work on a number of different solutions such as historic door upgrades, floor upgrades and wall upgrades to ensure these historical treasures maintain their original fabric and mature aesthetic, whilst also protecting the lives of occupants in the event of a burning building.
