RSM cavity barrier used at Eagle House, 161 City Road, London
Art Deco-inspired development designed by award-winning urban architects, Terry Farrell & Partners.
The Eagle House is a 26 storey building, in the heart of buzzing Shoreditch. It has 206 private apartments, shops, café and residents only spa and cinema.
The specification included approx 6000m2 of beautiful natural Moleanos Limestone used as elevation cladding. To prevent the hidden spread of fire through the cavities which have been created by the curtain wall, Envirograf® RSM cavity barrier was specified.
Being a prestigious project in the heart of London, it required the best possible materials as well as the best workforce which can provide a quality finish. That’s why two experts were contracted, Putney & Wood Ltd and NA Curtain Walling Ltd. Both companies have extensive knowledge in their field of work. They have used Envirograf® products on many occasions before, so they knew that quick and easy installation is an advantage of our cavity barriers range.
Once completed, new apartments will definitely provide a fantastic and safe home for many lucky residents.
