Envirograf Ireland provided passive fire protection products to this heritage building to Upgrade existing staircase walls to 60 minutes integrity along with staircase timber elements and flooring to Class 0 protection using the Envirograf passive fire protection EP/CP paint system and the passive fire protection QVFR paint system. 

We also upgraded the existing panelled doors to 30 minutes integrity using the Envirograf Card System and backed new ironmongery with passive fire protection intumescent material where required, inserted fire and smoke seals, and upgraded all door frames to 60 minutes integrity.
